Nia has played a key role in Capital Finance’s growth since joining in 2021, overseeing the expansion of its team from two to 25 brokers. During this time, the company has also broadened its services to include protection, bridging finance and commercial finance.

She works closely with lenders, insurers and mortgage clubs to strengthen the company’s access to a wide range of products, services and preferential rates, helping brokers find suitable solutions for their clients.
