With over 25 years Financial Services experience Karl has grown his skills and knowledge to become a specialist broker. Having started as a residential broker he moved into dealing with landlords and investors who required more bespoke funding needs. His expertise in property finance is well trodden and proven.

Karl specialises in Bridging and Commercial Finance as well as complex cases.

Outside of work he has 2 teenage sons who keep him busy alongside, unfortunately, supporting Everton and his local rugby team.
